For almost 10 years, a small group of devoted volunteers has been quietly supporting our shelter dogs through pre-loved book sales — yet so many people still have no idea this beautiful initiative even exists! Every book purchased helps feed and provide care to dogs waiting for their forever homes. It’s a grassroots passion project powered entirely by kindness, community spirit, and people who simply want to make a difference. Called Reading4Animals, they even have a website, and an Instagram page for their operation.

These amazing volunteers now run a pop-up book sale every two weeks, Saturdays from 10am to 6pm, during Arte, the Makers' Market at Times Square Center, Dubai. It’s the perfect place to discover thousands of pre-loved books just waiting for a new reader — and every purchase directly supports the wellbeing of shelter dogs.
