Mark Telford
is no stranger to impossible feats. As a Guinness World Record Holder and ultra-marathon runner, he seeks challenges that test the very limits of human willpower. His next mission is unprecedented: another Guinness World Record attempt: running a full 42.2km marathon every day for 50 consecutive days - all in the Al Qudra Desert, Dubai.
This 2,110 km challenge isn't just about breaking a world record; it's about providing second chances for the animals Mark holds dear. ​
The Cause:
The Stray Dogs Center (SDC)
​Every step, every kilometer, is dedicated to the dogs being cared for by The Stray Dogs Center (SDC). SDC provides life-saving rescue, medical care, shelter, and rehoming to hundreds of stray and abandoned dogs in the UAE. With more than 1,700 souls currently being cared for, the need for support is greater than ever. Mark's dedication mirrors the SDC volunteers' daily commitment to love and care for these beautiful animals who desperately need a voice.

Mark needs witnesses to validate his monumental achievement. Your presence is critical to securing the record and providing encouragement!

Must be willing to sign a liability waiver.
Must be physically present at the start (Al Qudra, 6 AM start) to document the run.
